# **Rate limits**

Default rate limit is 5 requests/second. Contact [support@deploy.com](mailto:support@deploy.com) to have the limit raised for your organization.

# **Common errors**

| **Status Code** | **Behavior** | **Message** |
| :- | :- | :- |
| 429 | Rate limit reached. | `Too many requests` |
| 405 | Out of balance. Positive Organization credit balance is required. Contact [support@deploy.com](mailto:support@deploy.com) to check your organization status and billing. | `Your Organization is currently paused. Please check your account balance, our terms and conditions, or contact support@deploy.com for more information.` |
| 400 | Input format and JSON structure issues. | `Invalid payload` |
| 401 | Invalid or expired token. | `Invalid or expired token` |
